VPIC.OPO is a simple PIC file viewer for the Psion S3a. The source is
included so you can see how it's done.

The program is simple to use but contains no real help.

Run the program, specify the PIC file and the picture appears. Use arrow
keys/home/end to move around the picture (if it is bigger than the
display), program beeps if you try and move beyond the limits of the
picture. To exit press Esc.
